LAST UPDATED 5.19.21
As of May 19, masks will not be required for outdoor work (framing, roofing, etc.) for fully vaccinated volunteers. We still ask unvaccinated volunteers to wear a mask and all volunteers regardless of vaccine status when doing indoor tasks (when walls and roof are on a home) to wear a mask. To lift this policy, we are still asking all volunteers to fill out our health screening which will be sent 24 hours before the shift. Fully vaccinated (2 weeks after your final shot) volunteers can send a photo of your vaccine card to email@example.com and will be exempt from filling out this health screening.
Number of volunteers on site
The number of volunteers per site is limited to ensure distancing is possible. For this reason, it is crucial to respect the maximum number of volunteers permitted onsite. If a shift is full, no additional people will be permitted to participate in the build. Please note that the shift is from 9AM-3PM with a lunch break. Participants can either eat distanced onsite or leave and return to site.
Sign up before you show up
All volunteers must register online prior to the builds in order to maintain the appropriate social distancing onsite. If you have not signed up, you will be asked to leave site.
All volunteers will be sent a health screening 24 hours before the shift to confirm within the last two weeks they have NOT:
Fully vaccinated (2 weeks after your final shot) volunteers can send a photo of your vaccine card to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be exempt from filling out this health screening.
