Join the Levin JCC, Judea Reform Congregation, Beth El Synagogue, Chapel Hill Kehillah, and Habitat for Humanity Orange County for an interfaith build day for people with disabilities and their family and friends! Volunteers can work on the construction site on projects to help build a home for future Habitat homeowners.
Schedule and registration:
9:30 AM- 12:00 PM – Volunteers who are 18+ or 16+ with a parent/guardian who want to be on the build site will work on an option of construction tasks. See the bottom of this page for a step by step list of volunteer tasks for the day. We are happy to work with you on supports and accommodations. Click here to register!
12:00 pm – All volunteers are invited for a free lunch onsite!
Menu will include:
Main Dish: Cheese pizza, Mushroom pizza, Salad with dressing on the side
Desert: Pareve Brownies, Pareve Chocolate Chip Cookies
Drinks: Iced Tea (sweet and unsweet), Lemonade, Water
