Are you 55 years or older and are interested in owning your own townhome? Habitat is now accepting applications for the next cycle of homebuyers to live in the Crescent Magnolia community!

Qualified applicatants 

- Age 55+

- Live or work in Orange County for at least 12 months

- Income Eligible

      - 1 person income ~$17,000-$45,000 per year

      - 2 persons income ~$19,500-$51,500 per year

- Willing to complete 275 volunteer hours

Habitat will be hosting an information session hosted by staff and currently approved senior homebuyers to share the benefits of the community and owning a home later in life!

Crescent Magnolia will be located off of College Park Road between The Little School preschool and Ashton Woods’ Waterstone development—within a mile of UNC Hospital Hillsborough and nearby other area amenities!


The development will consist of 24, one-story

townhomes that will be ADA accessible. There will be three floor plans: studio, one bed one bath, and one bed + bed niche one bath.
