Qualifications and application process

Habitat for Humanity of Orange County currently has a unit available at Crescent Magnolia, a 55+ senior townhome community in Hillsborough. Applications will be open starting June 24th through June 29th, 2023. All applications must be submitted by June 29th, 2023 at 5pm.

About the unit and amenities

Crescent Magnolia is located off of College Park Road between The Little School preschool and Ashton Woods’ Waterstone development—within a mile of UNC Hospital Hillsborough and nearby other area amenities!

The development consists of 24, one-story townhomes that are ADA accessible. The available unit is a one bed one bath unit.
