Weavers Grove

Weavers Grove Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27514

Weavers Grove offers affordable homeownership to Habitat households as well as market-rate homes. Of the more than 200 single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and condominiums, 102 will be Habitat homes purchased by households who live or work in Orange County. Market-rate builders Garman Homes and White Oak Properties are building the remaining homes Construction is set to be completed in 2028.

Auman Village

Auman Village (formerly known as East Village) is located just East of the Orange County SportsPlex in Hillsborough. This development will have 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom townhomes for sale. The development is minutes away from downtown Hillsborough, the UNC Hospital, and plenty of nature trails and preserves with easy access to Durham via I-85.

Carver Street

Carver Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27516

Located in the heart of the historic Northside Neighborhood in Chapel Hill, the Carver Street project was secured through a partnership with the Northside Neighborhood Initiative. Increasing the availability of housing and finance options is just one of the goals of the UNC-Chapel Hill, Self-Help, the Jackson Center, and Town of Chapel Hill. These two story townhomes are minutes from the Hargraves Center, Northside Elementary, Umstead Park, and downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro.

Homestead Gardens

Near highway 86/MLK Blvd, Homestead Gardens is a unique partnership between Casa, Community Home Trust, Self Help, and Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC. Habitat plans to sell townhomes in this development. This development, situated on Town-owned land, is minutes from Chapel Hill High School as well as Smith Middle School and Seawell Elementary School. There are plenty of activities to do in this area as it is close to the Homestead Aquatic Center, The Chapel Hill Skate Park, and the Greene Tract.
