Build Homes. Build Connections. Build Hope.
Leaders Build is an exclusive cohort of changemakers uniting to shape the future of housing in Orange County and beyond. This unique program brings together business executives, government officials, nonprofit pioneers, educators, faith leaders, and local champions in service of their community.
Operating on the belief that transformation begins with collaboration, this program invites you to step onto the construction site to build affordable homes, forge deep cross-sector connections, and cultivate hope in our community. Together, you will trade briefcases for tool belts, working shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow leaders on-site at Weavers Grove to build a better future with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County.
Leaders Build blends hands-on impact with high-level networking. Beyond the build site, your participation offers a powerful dual benefit: you will strengthen our community by expanding affordable housing, while simultaneously advancing your organizational priorities and connecting with key decision-makers in the Triangle region.
Join us to make a lasting tangible difference, showcase your organization’s civic commitment, and build a brighter, more equitable future for our families, friends, and neighbors.
The Experience

- On-Site Networking: A catered networking luncheon on site to debrief and connect.
Benefits
- Exclusive VIP Access: One VIP pass to the green room at the Opening Doors Housing Symposium in February 2027, offering private access to featured event speakers.
